At the very outset Mr. Mahendra Joshi informed about the traffic rules and also emphasized on the contribution that the students and institution can make towards it.

The meeting began with the welcome address by the officiating Principal, Mrs. Singh followed by the welcome by the Secretary, I.S.S.C.

The minutes of the previous meeting were read out for approval and got confirmed.

Mr. S. K. Joshi, Principal, Vidyasagar School, Indore released the I.S.S.C. souvenir of the session 2009-10 ‘Memorabilia’.

The Annual Report of I.S.S.C. was read by Mr. Shyam Agrawal, Secretary, I.S.S.C.

Mrs. Sangeeta Uppal, Treasurer, I.S.S.C. presented the Balance Sheet for the session 2009-10.

 

Mr. S. N. Patwardhan initiated the process of the confirmation of by-laws. Eventually the by-laws were confirmed.

 

Keeping in mind the convenience of the schools and ensuring the quality presentation by most of the students I.S.S.C. was divided into two (02) clusters. The newly elected Office Bearers had a meeting with the previous Office Bearers and divided the school in two clusters which are as follows:

The process of the nomination of new Office Bearers of I.S.S.C. was initiated by Mr. S. K. Joshi, Principal, Vidyasagar School, Indore. He emphasized on promoting the same body for the next session as well but after the refusal of the existing body the new Office Bearers were selected unanimously by member schools.

Following to the welcome of the new Office Bearers, the newly elected Chair-Person Mrs. P. Mathew appreciated the work of the previous body and stated that the new body will also work to strengthen the I.S.S.C.

 

As per the tradition, the next meeting of I.S.S.C. will be held at Vidya Bhavan Public School, Indore on July 24, 2010, 03.00 p.m. onwards.

 

It was also decided that all the members should deposit the registration fee for the session 2010-11 latest by July 31, 2010.
